University Museum Utrecht

In the name of science, or in the name of art; I just wanted to share these interesting artifacts from the University Museum in Utrecht. They have a huge collection of actual human remains. Somehow that draws my curiosity more than animal ones... Am I the only one?

Tie a blouse around your waist! Use a gingham patterned one for the suggestion of a kilt. I think that works brilliant.

Bookfest

Yesterday I went to Bookfest. It's an monthly event where they sell brand new books for cheap prices. Books usually end up there if there are revised editions, or if they don't sell in stores. Some have minor misprints or folds.
I bought 16 books for just €40, including some classics (H.P Lovecraft, Bram Stoker, and Classic vampire stories by various writers). Hopefully enough to read this (oh-look-it's-raining-) summer!

The weather has been pretty dull the last few months. But, finally! The sun has reappeared!
My lovely hat keeps my head cool, so it's pretty AND useful. <3
