Hair Diary: Lush Henna

Yesterday I dyed my hair using "Les Cacas Marron" from Lush.
I have read reviews where people said that it is a time consuming and messy process, but I still wanted to try it because Henna makes hair more sturdy. I have very thin hair that breaks easily and I hope that using Henna will make my hair more thick so I can grow it longer.

I found out that it is a time consuming process, since the Henna has to stay in your hair for at least 4 hours. I let it stay in for 7 hours, hoping that the colour would be more intense. The product had a strange smell. That must be the reason for the name, since Caca is the French word for shit.

Directly after I washed it out (which took about an hour... what a mess) I noticed that the colour hadn't changed... But the next morning it was a bit yellow. In the afternoon it started to become more reddish-brown. I read that the colour will change in the next 3 days, so I'll have to wait for the final result.

Also... 21 Days untill Depeche Mode.
